All of our products come with a 12 month warranty.
If you experience any problems with a product purchased , contact us first and we will do our best to advise you on the best course of action. All returns must be discussed and authorized Customer Support in advance, so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
For returned goods requiring repair, covered under warranty, shipping costs to return the product to my suplier warehouse in China are payable by you. My supplier does not provide return shipping compensation.
Physical damage to a product caused by the end user; opening products (e.g. to repair or modify components) or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.
